I spend a lot of time on productivity tools like email clients, calendars, and to-do lists. Tools like email are decades old, and yet, they haven't been improved.
I experimented with a calendar plugin that lets you calculate and show the costs of a meeting. This would help plenty of businesses rethink their meeting culture and remove unnecessary meetings.
Another experiment that I wanted to prototype was a command-line email client. I always get distracted when I open my inbox, so why not send that important email without getting disturbed?
